1st. They Didn’t state they trade from Germany! Took nearly 2 weeks to receive glasses from ordering? After returning they still took over £350 from my account 4 weeks after the return was complete. It took a further 48 hours for them to action a refund. And now it’s up to 8 days to get the money returned!

On receiving my purchase…. I saw that the case seemed a bit damaged …? It seemed squashed a bit …. On looking at the glasses they seemed ok …..

Absolutely disgusting company staff are clueless and don’t understand what you say to them! Asked for a manager 7 times she couldn’t pass me on to anyone but herself! After reading these reviews it’s worrying to see what crap fake glasses I get! My order states it’s shipped Royal Mail 24 hours but when you phone they don’t know where the parcel one minute it’s customs then next it’s possibly there not hard where is my order??? How can you say it’s with Royal Mail when it’s not in the uk I didn’t know Germany have Royal Mail lol girl out the phone down on
Me which is disgusting I want a refund it’s not hard to understand that! First time using this company and I will never ever use again!!!!

Please someone refund my money! Or I’m off today I trading standard as companies like this shouldn’t be trading!!!

Fast delivery amazing quality love my new Ray-Bans

Good price and quick delivery

I bought a pair of Ray ban glasses to replace a lost pair. The pair I received was not genuine. I had the original Ray ban packaging and cloth and although a very close copy what I received was not genuine. The cloth was much smaller and the case was a hard faux leather unlike the original Ray ban case I have. This company is fraudulent and I have reported it to trading standards and gave them the fake glasses and packaging.

I am very happy with my purchase and the online shopping experience with Mister Spex despite all the negative reviews. I was kept up to date with my purchase on a daily basis which you don't get with most other online stores. My purchase was delivered as promised and I am very happy with the sunglasses I received. I was sceptical of this company given the good deal but my scepticism was completely mis-placed. I would definitely recommend Mister Spex to anyone, as my purchase was safe, secure and on time and I also saved a fortune.

Really easy process, tried on a few different pairs at home, once I found the pair I liked it was a quick turnaround to get my subscription lenses put in. Would use again.

I was a little worried about ordering glasses on line but I needn’t have been the whole transaction was so easy They were amazing professional helpful any worries I had I just contacted them by phone and spoke to very helpful staff who sorted it out no bother

DO NOT recommend Mister Spex.
Delayed orders, which were eventually 'lost' for sunglasses to be out of stock and told they 'cant work magic'.

Phone staff were all very rude - one even hung up on me.

Appalling company. Waiting for over a month for my glasses and still no sign of them. They have used excuse after excuse. Would not recommend Mister Spex 5o anyone. They give a 30 day refund period from the date of them receiving the order. It's over 30 days and I haven't even received my glasses so I am already outside the return window.
Should have gone to Specsavers - at least they are capable of fulfilling your order.
I would give them zero stars if that were an option.
